BAND · MAKI GAMI

Document, Time and Problem Bands

Documents, times, problems and ideas — each in its own band under every step.

Below the lanes, every step has analysis bands: the document and system used, processing time, waiting time, problem / waste and improvement idea. Problems are tagged with one of the eight office wastes.

What you gain with MAKI GAMI

  • Times are entered in minutes, hours or days; the app converts and shows them readably (1 working day = 8 hours).

How it works

Fill in under every step: document, time, problem, idea.

  1. 1

    Fill in the bands

Under the map, document / system, processing and waiting time, problem and idea rows sit side by side for every step.

BAND — Fill in the bands
  2. 2

    Tag the problem

Tag each problem with one of the eight office wastes: defects, overproduction, waiting, unused talent, transport, inventory, motion, extra processing.

    BAND — Tag the problem

Screens are shown with sample data; the application interface is in Turkish.
