Future State and Revisions
Design the streamlined process on top of the current map.
The future state starts with one click from a copy of the current state: you merge steps, remove unnecessary approvals and transfers and shorten waiting times. A past study can be opened as a new revision and linked to the previous one.
What you gain with MAKI GAMI
- The current state is preserved; future-state changes do not affect it.
How it works
Copy the current state, streamline it, track it with a new revision.
-
1
Start from a copy
On the Future State tab, copy the current state; remove needless transfers and shorten the waits.
-
2
Track revisions
Once improvements are in place, map the process as a new revision; studies are listed per company.
Screens are shown with sample data; the application interface is in Turkish.
